Okay, so my dad and I thought it would be nice to build a gaming computer for me because it are my birthday soon. I suggested a challenge: a $500 budget. We could go over the budget, but not by much. I would like to build a computer that can run games at medium settings, so I turn to you because I have never built a computer before. I am not completely new to the subject, and I have a friend who talks nonstop about the subject and his computer with 12 loving gigs of ram. I would like suggestions on parts for this budget computer. As for appearance, it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't look like a pile of stuff on my desk. this build probably will not include keyboards/monitors because I have that covered.
