How to trans avatars?

Please, if you could, tell me how to trans an avatar.  I would really like to trans my current avatar on my alt but I am too embarrassed to make this topic on my other account.  Please, do not flame me or call me a "noob" or an "idiotic piece of stuff that should learn things on my own".  Just tell me how to trans an avatar.

First off, this goes in Off-Topic. This has nothing to do with Blockland.

Ok now, you need to get "Paint.net"

An easy, and free, program to edit images nicely.

I'm not gonna explain everything here. But, I will say, Images have to be resized to 75x75 to make them look good. Theres some tutorials online, you should check out, of how to work it, but there you go.
