How?
Record at 60FPS while moving as slowly as possible in timescale 0.2.
Use Sony Vegas to speed up the clip as much as possible, render that video, put that render into the project, speed that up as much as possible, set preview to Best (Full) and save the image from a frame.

If you don't have Vegas, you're pretty much out of luck for this, as far as I know.
