Is there some sort of program that automatically adjusts volume to a set rate of decibels as you listen? It would help me to watch some YTPs where there are random vibrations or slowdowns that scare the crap out of me because they make G-Major sounds most of the time, and when there is no "pooping" I'd like to be able to hear what the characters in the video are saying without having to up and down the volume constantly when needed.
Again, does something like this exist?
