all my saves are colored black?

You might be using a different colorset than when you made the save.

nope, you would need i think 4,228,250,625 colors, with just hex codes, although there is also decimal

You said this happens on other servers so it may not be your colorset.
Your lighting could be jacked up.

Enter resetlighting(); into console.
