Author Topic: Easy way to make a gif with hundreds of frames?  (Read 2006 times)

I'm planning on making a YTMND and I had a video, but you can't make YTMNDs without images if i'm correct as it doesn't upload video.

I exported my video as frames and the lowest quality one I could export is about 250 frames.

What's an easy way I can make this into an animated gif?

I think Peejster was the one with the really long avatar, ask him how he did it... although he may not have made it himself...

Also, I don't have Adobe Photoshop CS3 or 4 or 5.

I don't have ImageReady, nor premier.

I have GIMP. That's pretty much it.

Seventh, I made mine in Paint.net and a free, online GIF creator.
Whoops, messed up BBC code.

I used to use www.media-convert.com to make full-length videos into gif's 500mb gif files ftw. But I haven't seen the site up for a while, I miss it :c

It's gone.

that looked like a kick ass site too D:

Photoshop, if you have it, has something to import video frames to layers.

I remember when he first had it, I stared for like 1-2 minutes or something like "... When is this going to start cycling?" and we had a few pages about how he had it animated at such a small filesize. It had thousands of frames or something, I think I saved it... *checks*
