I don't know how to make it paintable. This is the second car I've made.
Name the paintable group ''blank''. Then, if you want it to be a little blacker, name it ''black25, black50,...'' Copy these .pngs from the jeep, and they should work ingame.

On a serious note though, I was planning to do this.

change the wood texture to the blank.png texture in blockland/base/data/shapes, and itll be paintable
