I don't get why it was such a big deal though. It happens every so often. The IRC theories were hilarious though:
"Omg what happened?!?"
"Maybe it's 2012 early!1!!"
"I know, Badspots' COMPUTER CRASHED!!!!!"
"User was kicked (warning 1/3)"
"The government is hacking blockland!"
"Oh no, go wear your hard hats to protect yourself from the government hacking Blockland"
"Lolwut?''
"Guys, it's no big deal."
"Wat did you just say!?!?"
And so on.. It was really amusing.
