Yep, that's right.
The water where I live has risen 27 feet from its normal level along the Ohio River. That is only 10 feet away from the flood of the 1930s. The edge of downtown is underwater, along with several major roads. The news says it's going to raise a few more feet tonight, which could cause more of the city to be flooded.

I remember we had insanely high water levels last fall from the huge storms and flooding was bad here lol.
