What about mine? D:
YOU used the right tool, but the (handicapped) way the minifig holds things would make it not work.

I like the other one more, but it wouldnt be fit for ANY video game.

oh, okay. I haven't ever made anything for this before, so I just made what I thought looked good, but someone should at least make a newer model with this design
EDIT-I might try again, but I'm not so sure

True, I'll make a new one then.

Make a rectangular, ridged grip towards the middle with a small button oriented towards the player's thumb when mounted, would make it much more professional-looking.

More like hexagonal. That's what everyone uses these days.

Were it not for the issue at hand (herpderp) being the flashlight's awkward position on being held, I would agree, but unfortunately, it looks strange enough already with a hexagonal shape to it.

No, it doesn't. Many things made in BL use the hex shape.

I don't know about you, but if I had to carry around a flashlight all day that had little teensy weensy spikes in it, it'd look wrong, and it'd be might uncomfortable. Shape matters, and if the blockhead's hand is rectangular-shaped, why not the flashlight?

Because that's not how blockland model work. Look at the hammer, the printer, the D-wand. You get the picture.

Who even cares? If someone doesn't like the modle, just make a new one. Its a flashlight, not something difficult!
But I would suggest using my bendy-top style just so you don't have to muck around with mont points and stuff. Besides, I was just making a model for an existing add-on. No changes but the model!

Bump.
Would anyone be able to just tell me simply how to replace models of things in blockland with ones made in sketchup?

Find a way to convert the .skp into a .blend or .ms3d, add a joint using either program, export to .dts, replace name in script, replace .dts in file folder.

Since Google was invented for a reason, you should now search these things.
