Author Topic: Thinking about building a computer.  (Read 837 times)

night Fox, I know I got it wrong, fine.

But A parts list might be nice, I would like to hear a price range, mainly because a lot has happened recently, expensive happenings that dont leave my family with as much spending money as we usually have.

In any case, I have no loving idea where to start. At all.

$600 seems like a very good price.

Help me figure where to start.

If you can only afford cheap stuff, go with AMD/ATI stuff for your processor and video card. If you can afford it, I'd recommend Intel for your processor and Nvidia your your GPU.

Before you build a computer, you need to know several things:
What parts to get
How to make sure they're all compatible with each other
How to assemble everything
And how to set up the software once all the hardware is assembled.

If you don't know some of those, I can give you links to guides and such that will teach you everything.

Sounds like a plan, Thanks.
