If you mention piracy (IE how, what program, name of program, ect) then ya thats against the rules

Saying you are a pirate depends how ur pushing it. I have been banned for saying I was a pirate and on other occasions I wasn't. Its a grey line since Badspot hasn't fully said its against the rules to claim you are a pirate or not.
