Seriously, I can't walk at school without hearing "BLACK OPS KICKS HALOS ASS HURR DURR", "MAN I HAD THIS AWESOME GAME YESTERDAY I WENT 50-2", "DURR TOMAHAWK" *throws something at me*, or the most sad "XBAWKS PWNS PS3 AND PS3 HAS NO GAMES DURR HURR WHAT IS PC GAMING I HAVE A 7 YEAR OLD LAPTOP THAT CANT PLAY GAMES SO TECHNICALLY ALL PCS CANT PLAY GAMES".
Evidently, all non IW/Treyarch games are gay and should not be talked about. If I bring up TF2, GMOD, Minecraft, Dwarf Fortress, HL2, L4D/L4D2, or even Assassin's Creed, I get called off as a "non-pro nooby friend lolXD hurr" just because I don't like black ops. Everyone seems to think they are a "pro gamer pwner of n00bs" when they play a game that requires nothing other than "pull triggers durr spawncamp" to get a high score. I could kick the ass of anyone in my school at counter strike, but they are so unaccepting of other games. Even Modern Warfare 2 is now "gay". Honestly, if someone is a "gamer", they should broaden their horizons and play games other than Black Ops. I get serious OCD nervous breakdowns just walking in the hall and hearing "Black ops durr". I just gotta put on my sunglasses indoors and walk away, knowing that I am the only true gamer in my school. B|
