What Size and file does a print need to be?

Basic print size is 256x256 but I think it can be any multiple of 2.

32x32, 46x46, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024.
And any (I think) box resolution. But 512x512 is most recommended based on what you make.

I'm guessing you meant power, not multiple.
