Author Topic: [VIDEO] Assassin TDM Trailer  (Read 923 times)

This is promotion for my Assassin TDM. If you wanna know what the TDM is like, read the description in the video.

Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jzCpDXOIcQ

Please give comments on the video, or the TDM itself.

First Post!
Nice video!  I think it would be better if you made your own build instead of stealing the afghan one.

The pace was a little slow, and it was unrealistic for an actual TDM scenario. As for the TDM itself, I don't imagine it's much different than "knife TDM in afghan map with fast walking".

It feels like you put in more effort at the beginning of the video than you did for the rest of it.

that was the best blockland punch i've ever seen :o

Yes, I would like a custom build. But thing is, i'm not a good builder. So I just carry on the afghan.

Well, thats not actually how the TDM goes. This was really just a dramatic, trailer for it. There is not stuff like a chase and stuff, its just a regular TDM.

I did not use undulo. I used events to make the red bricks have the water FX. And please learn to spell "Undulo" correctly.

A shallow pool/spattering of blood would not have waves.

Server for the TDM is actually up now. Come and check it out!

That text was horribly placed. It was basically just someone running and hitting. There could have been more. The music timing wasn't great either. I have to say I liked the first part where he dodges the knife nicely and punched the guy. That was the only good part though.

Plus it seems all you did was make teams with weapons and a player type and load a default build. Anyone could do that. Did you actually make anything of it?

Knife fight in Afghan, eh?

Could be shorter, and have more action.
