I download RTB put it in the addon folder but then when i go to check it it is not there what do i do?

It isn't an enablable add-on it should show up on the main menu.

RTB is a management client. It should appear on the main menu.

Did you put it in the folder labeled "Add-Ons"?
Also the console log is in you're "Blockland" folder, along with add-ons.
