No, thats an extremely shrunk down version.
Although, both the Wii and the DS have microphones, and the DS has it's built it.
It would be pretty awesome though.
I can't get this version to work though, and its not my microphone.

EDIT:The portable version of Opera that I'm running off of my flash drive doesn't allow for voice modules to be downloaded, therefore it will not work.
