The bloody texture should be visible on the material list of the bloody *exporter*. If it isn't there, it's not exported.
Well it isn't and I have no idea why.

So let me get this straight, you texture in blender, export. Then in-game your model is white?
No. Just the texture is missing. The rest of the model has the correct colors.

I'm pretty sure you can't UV map without unwrapping.

Ok, it depends on the processes you used to get the texture on the model I'm Blender. Post pics. I can help, as I have gotten them in game before.
