Communism - good or bad to you?

Just wondering what some of the opinions you guys have to say on the subject.

Do you believe it could be successfully executed in the right conditions? Or do you have a reason you would disagree with it?

Communism to me is-
Large Country- Good And/Or Bad depending on the condition of the country
Medium Country- Bad, probably a good chance of several problems showing up
Small Country- Worse, you're better off having a democracy.

socialism + capitalism. communism always degrades into brutal totalitarian dictatorships / oligarchies, then the economy breaks because central planning does not work. afaik the only commie country that didn't love to do racial purges and have secret police was/is Vietnam, but they still arrest dissents without trial.

got that mixed up. it's much easier for economic planners to work with small countries and small economies; it'd be better in a smaller place.
