I use a PC, and I am wondering if there are any free music makers that use Mp3 format or something. Do these exist?

I also forgot to mention that I won't be recording sounds to turn into music, but I might.

Definitely DONT torrent FL Studio 9 and Nexus 2 to go with it. That would be a bad idea
