Go to C:/Blockland/dedicated.bat and run it and you should be fine.

Okay, got it. But, can you close the window and leave the server open after you do that?

No. You must have the dedicated.bat window open at all times.

The server console will be separate from your client and your client console. You can close your client (Blockland window) and the server will continue running.
