i have very bad dandraf. no matter how much i try not to itch my head, i do. and when i do dandraf falls out. what do i do?

Store it in a jar and save it, airtight and carry it with you, it could keep you alive in an emergency.

I used to have it, just use special shampoo for it. Head & Shoulders for example.
