Ai Survivor Bot help

The Survivor bot in my L4d game keep shooting the floor because zombies are under there, and they never stop. Any way I could fix this?

I never had this, maybe they just hate the floor?

Well... Not exactly. The survivor is programmed To go after the closest zombie. Unless, of course, the owner of the AI fixes it so that if bricks are blocking zombie, they wouldn't know they are there.
