cant change resolution

When i first downloaded blockland, i had a list of resolutions i could choose from. I liked using the small one that only filled up a small portion of my screen. But somehow one day, my resolution went big (still in run in a window) and when i go on to options and click "resolution" the list that pops up is blank. I would appreciate any help so that i can change my resolution and play back to how i used to

Changing the refresh rate might do something.

It should be Client prefs.
