How do i make a vehicles size bigger?

I have seen people changing their vehicles size and i dont know how to change mine.Can someone please tell me how?

You need to download a special vehicle-event system add-on which is on RTB I think.
After downloading that, the events would be as follows:
OnVehicleSpawn>Self>SetVehicleScale>InsertSizeHere

Shrink ray to make it smaller, anti-shrink ray to make it bigger or vheicle events.
