If you're using After Effects, try and pick points that stand out more than others for tracking, otherwise it can get a bit off at times. Also, try and make the text a little more visually appealing :V

Yeah, I noticed about halfway through when he bounced, the top of his helmet showed.

Otherwise, It's honestly not bad.

Yes, it would have. Record in the highest possible resolution and then you can compress it down when you render it.
Play around with the points a bit until you're satisfied, it can take a bit at times to get something to look nice.
