My school district has like 8,000 Blacks, 600 other and like 1,500 whites.

My area's majority is white, but the neighboring one is nearly all black.
My specific school has no more than 5 Asians.
And a few Indians and Native Americans.

Anyway, as tribal as everything you said sounds, it's usually a joke here among us. "Whitest kids you know" could be a very literal term in our community.
