I fell that's a lie, because it's hard getting the face thumbnail/.png from your package and putting it here.

Also, it's packaged wrong I think... I have not yet seen a face packaged like that.

Simply download the file in my link and open it to see the contents.

More precisely, you just need the face in the .zip, no folders (256x256, .png) and in a thumbs folder (64x64, .png).

No need for namecheck, description, or anything close to that. Just image files. (And propper archive .zip filename)
