Yes, but on the computer that I'm installing it on, it won't have internet access. So, I can't use the Terminal to install things via internet.

you're royally forgeted then. You pretty much need internet for any OS made in the past 10 years.

alternatively, you can put the packages you want on a CD/usb/external HDD and use the package manager to install them from the media.
