4 Years Old: "Oh lookie daddy is on a big clunky piece of stuff!"
5 Years Old: Discovered CD games.
6 Years Old: Found "The Internet!"
6-8 Years Old: Nick Jr, Nick, Neopets, etc...
9 Years Old: Toontown, toontown, toontown.
10 Years Old: Toontown, Game Maker, ROBLOX
11 Years Old: Wizard 101, Toontown, Club Penguin, all that stuff.
12 Years Old: Blockland holy stuff.
13 Years Old: Blockland, Minecraft, and all that good stuff.

oh stuff game maker, I was playing stuffty fanmade bionicle games on that stuff when I was 8.

6-10: Nintendo was the stuff
I then didn't care about games until Grand Theft Auto. So i went on all the way with the grand theft autos up to vice city, then i got my own playstation 2 and explored many games. I soon moved on to an xbox to. Then one day i was playing with legos i went to watch lego videos for some reason, and saw this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzaLRjayeY4 ) video. I immediately wanted blockland, it of course was past retail which was shown in the video, but i got into it in late, mid V8. Blocklands forums then exposed me to steam, minecraft, and the list goes on and on.

I know dude same thing happened to me when I join blockland, but blockland is one of my favorites since it's a sandbox game and all sandbox will never get old NEVER.

2006: discovered BL, quickly got a virus, connected it incorrectly to BL, and forgot about the stuff.
2007: played ROBLOX, had fun somehow
2008: decided to try and see if BL really had a virus. Got full version. (ID=18768)
2009: realized just how much worse Roblox was
2010: distracted by new DSi
2011: BL, again distracted by iPod Touch.
Now: Obsession

I started with Club Penguin.

06-08> Runescape, runescape, runescape.
09-Late 09> 17 hours of Left4Dead a day.
Late 09-Early 10> 17 hours of CS:S a day.
Early 10-Late 10> 17 hours of Crossfire a day.
Late 10-To date> Runescape (7 99's in 6 months), CS:S (Got in a sponsored clan), Minecraft

I've got a car now, so I'm spending less and less time online :(

Ok, lets see here...
I've always been on the computer, playing some sweet Putt-Putt and other games like that on my mad Windows 94. Then I hit 4th grade, (2003) and it sort of exploded.

2003: Runescape. First online game ever introduced to. This was when Runescape classic was also fairly popular, so game mechanics were still pretty poor. This is also where I got my first "Internet Name" - Blob979.
2004: Pretty much still just Runescape, but was probably introduced to Runehq by now as well - back when it was still really popular.
2005: If I didn't discover it yet, I had discovered Runehq now. My name eventually became Blobeh here due to someone named "Canada, eh?"
2006: Maplestory was introduced to me at this point. From here on out online gaming became pretty dang large in my life. Don't know if I still played Runescape, maybe a little off and on. I still play Runescape every once in a while.
2007: Introduced to Blockland, played around a bit. This was around v7, because I knew that soon after than v8 came out with the original wrench events.
2008: Blockland, Maplestory, maybe some other vidya. Pretty much everything got mixed in here.
2009: Started to play WoW, as well as more short-lived online games. I think this is when I started playing TF2.
2010: Pretty much friggen everything.
2011: Still pretty much everything.

In conclusion:
Major games played: Runescape, Maplestory, WoW, Blockland, Dofus / Dofus Arena, Minions of Mirth, TF2,  Draconica, Fly For Fun, Travian, Ragnarok Online, Roblox (Hardly though, seeing how I discovered Blockland before it), Minecraft (Way too friggen popular now), and pretty much a ton more.

I was introduced to Runescape by an old friend in like 3rd grade, then reintroduced by Truce in 4th grade, which is when I really started playing. (Yes, I've knew Truce for quite a while)
I was also introduced to Maplestory by Truce.
I was introduced by a friend to Blockland, who never even bought it, then I introduced it to Truce.

Truce and I pretty much introduced each other to most of the games listed above, so he's fairly similar to my story.

It doesn't matter who came first, it's who doesn't suck that matters.
That sounds so nasty and cool at the same time.

1996: forget you
1997 - 2000: Absolute nothing
2001 - 2004: Hotwheels, a lot of Hotwheels.
2005: Mostly Pokemon and Bionicle
2006: Friend told be about a game called "War of Time" *Last year when I still enjoyed Bionicle
Mid 2007: Windows Millennium died *sniff*, got Windows Vista
Mid/Late 2007: Found a Blockland ad on the War of Time website, downloaded the Blockland demo
Mid/Late 2007: Got full version of Blockland v8
2008: Non-stop Blockland, and the Conficker Worm; got withdrawal symptoms. Quarantined a few months later
Mid 2009: Rogue Antivirus and Trojan Virus, quarantined another few months later
2010: Very bored
Late 2010: Found a game called "Minecraft", more non-stop gameplay
Christmas 2010: Windows 7 laptop, yay!
Early/Mid 2011: Found another new game called "Terraria", player on some days.
Present 2011: Youtube videos and everyday stuff

you enjoyed bionicle until 2006? there's something wrong with you.

it sucked after 2004.

Yup, pretty similar timeline here. I've played a ton of games but four of them have stood out:

Played Runescape Classic a lot and Runescape 2 even more when it came out and ended up being a mod the forums when I was still 12. That was big for me since I went through an application process and my parents had to actually fill out that COPPA stuff and mail in it. Stayed with this game for a long time, have tried to get back into it but it doesn't keep my interest for more than a couple weeks now. Still love the grindfest aspect though.

Found out about Maplestory unknowingly a week or two after it's release, since they had their "1 Year Anniversary" event almost a year after I started playing. Like Runescape, this is a huge grindfest, so it caught my attention for a long time. I was really dedicated to (obsessed with) this one, ending up getting some really high level characters, once even got up at 3am before school so I could hit a level milestone. Lost interest after certain updates were added in.

Started playing Blockland thanks to Blobeh, but only had played it for about a month before losing interest. Came back in late 2008 and obviously have played it a lot since then, although not so much recently. I had made a lot of decent games in Game Maker prior to playing Blockland so I figured I would try out scripting when I came back, and I began to really enjoy it. Now know a ton of languages and even have a job in programming all thanks to this game starting me off. <3

Eventually got into Team Fortress 2 thanks to these forums bringing it up somewhere. It was really the first FPS I actually played with interest, so I started off kinda awkwardly but eventually got better. Now I basically spend all my time playing this since I'm in a couple competitive leagues and admin for some communities. Blockland definitely influenced my skill in it though - I'm good with projectile-based weapons but suck using hitscan. Oh and I play on a touchpad, something I suppose I can brag about.
