All you have to do in this video is go into regestry editor, and add 2 values which allow more information to be passed through a network.

Create 2 new values:
MaxConnectionsPerServer
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
Set both as decimal values, above 10 (both the same).
Default is 2.

Just simplified it, the guy on the video uses a computer at the same speed my father does.
