Oh hey, some people that actually know how to do this. How exactly did you do it anyhow? What programs/websites did you use?

DownloadHelper, Windows Live Movie Maker, "MovieToAniGIFWin7" program (downside: limited to 50 frames, though it isn't hard to make multiple videos), GIMP.

I've used these to make many of my various avatars, including my current.
