Everyone's experinced the silhoutte glitch atleast once right? Well, the silhoute glitch has reached the whole blockland. The main menu, When I click Join A game, RTB, everything on Blockland seems darker.

May be your drivers. Update them and try again.

Does this happen just to Blockland or other games?

It may just be your monitor. See if you can adjust the brightness.

The brightness is all the way up and it's getting worse.

Your monitor may be dying. Is there any other monitor you can try on your computer?
