Problem Installing Milkshake 3D

Well, today I downloaded Milkshake 3D from the download section. I opened it with WinRar, and I looked through the files and couldn't find the download file. Here are the Types that were in there:


ms2dtloveporterPlus.dll

ms2dtsplus.chm

ms2dtsplus.pdf

Anyone please tell me which one to download the file? I am on Windows Vista.
