I need help on how to make a section of a youtube video a Gif. so that section loops, so i can make it my avatar. sort of like Placid's Derpcraft avatar.

K, i went to Gifsoup, and made this, and cant get it to Animate on my avatar. It's just 1 photo not moving.

help me fix this :c
