Need Help from a Networker

Or anyone else good with networking for that matter:

I am currently trying to set up a Blockland Server.
I was able to Port forward my router, but now face a serious problem with my IP settings.
Upon setting my IP and DNS, it breaks my connection entirely, and the only way to fix it is to revert the settings to automatic.

Can anyone help me?

Also, it tells me the DCHP is off, creating this error.

If it breaks your internet, you don't have the right addresses.
Did you get the addresses from ipconfig /all?
Start>Run>cmd
Type "ipconfig /all" without quotes, and press Enter. There should be 1 IP address and 2 DNS servers.
