I have the QuietComfort 15 headphones, they have really good sound quality. However, Sennheiser's a respectable brand and usually has great sound quality too.
The QC15 uses 1 AAA battery every week or so with constant use, and you can't use them without the noise cancellation on. I have a feeling this would be the same case with the Sennheisers, however. Also, the cord is detachable, and you won't end up yanking them off your head if the cord gets caught on something and you try to move. Don't think the Sennheiser ones you linked have that.
The QC15's also have extremely good sound quality, I picked them over a pair of Beats headphones ('cuz let's admit it, Beats is just overpriced for their name, they were nothing compared to these). Also, they're very comfortable and don't hurt when using them for a long period of time.
I'd say get the QC15 just because I have them, but again, Sennheiser's also a respectable brand.
