Some Console Commands don't work

Hey everybody
 Some certain console commands wont work for me. The ones that envolve quotation marks.

Example

talk(''hello there'');

[Ad Bot]

[Orthone]

You're using two single quote marks. ( ' )

You need to hold shift to use the double quote. ( " )

[Darth Maul]
