Terraria Download Failure

Windows6.0-KB956250-x6001-x86.msu is very annoying. It's downloading the framework for it and it froze right in the middle of download and it has been sitting this way for about 20 minutes. Any thoughts on how I can fix it?

Framework almost always installs really slowly for me, for new non-valve games.
I usually have to let it sit for about an hour :(
