How do i add pictures to my post?

I click on the image thingy that brings the IMG tags up but I can't get pics on there...

I put te image name in between the two "] and [" though. 

What do i do now??

lolo I get same problem... I just post em on a website and add a link I can't figure out how to post pictures

Hahhaha.... I had this issue before... Its horrible.

right click on picture, and copy image URL.
Then paste in between tags.
