Can you report someone on here for this?

PurpleMetro is constantly starting topics. It doesnt look like he makes too many of them, but that's because other topics are constantly bumped and knock his topics away. I always see new topics in Suggestions & Requests and other boards, and I want to know if he can be reported/banned for spamming the boards.

Nope, Sadly, it needs to be a lot more then 6 topics in the first five pages.
