I dont know how to do that and I dont know enough French to even read the paragraphs its giving me.

Damn that sucks. I know how you feel bro.

Sorry,

If it makes you feel any better, sometimes learning a language is like trying new things, it's hard at first but once you find the right rhythm your off.

Sounds horrible.  Need help?  I'm pretty okay in French... I'm in honors 3 for next year.

I just started Section II, and this is what it was giving me:

La lecture
Read the following passage and then answer the questions that follow in complete sentences in French using what you have learned in this course.

Speaking Assignment

Make a brief narrative about your family such as the one above. You must have 8 sentences and talk about the daily routine of the members of your family. Record this for your teacher. Ce devoir vaut 8 points.

My name is Marie and I am a [[second?]] student from Avignon, France.  I'm going to talk about the routine of my family.

My father wakes up very early because he works far from our house.  He wakes up at 5 o'clock and he bathes very quickly.  He washes himself, brushes his teeth and he combs his hair before eating breakfast.  He dresses quickly as well.  He wears professional clothing because he works in an office.  He had breakfast with us and he left for work.

My brothers and I, we wake up at six o'clock every day because we bathe and prepare to go to school.  We shower quickly because we do not have a bathroom.  Later, we dress and my sister, Annie, put make-up on before having breakfast.  We have breakfast with the family because my mother stays at home and she prepares breakfast when we get ready.

We leave for school at 7:15.  Very soon!  I'm not happy at school a lot because school is difficult and you have to work a lot.  But, after classes, I have fun with my friends.  We go to a cafe and we talk together or we walk in the city.

We arrive home at 5 o'clock in the afternoon generally, and my mom is very happy to see us.  We do our homework and when it is time for dinner, we are very hungry and we are happy when we can talk with the family.  I go to bed generally at 11 o'clock at night, after having studied a lot.  I don't have a lot of time for fun during the week because my classes are very hard.

gimme a few while i translate questions

What is the name of the girl?
Where does she live?
Who wakes up first in the family?
At what time does the father wake up?
Why do the family members bathe very quickly?
Who puts on make-up?
At what time do they go out for school?
Is Marie happy at school?  Why?
When is Marie happy?
What does Marie do when she returns home?
At what time does Marie generally go to sleep?

Thank you! <3

Im going to have my dad call or something because there is no way this is just the credit completion course. I didnt even do this kind of crap in my actual French II class

no probs

If you have the textbook with you and it has a french-english dictionary, that will help you plenty.  Although I just completed French II and this is generally the exact same thing I did...

I'm thinking your teacher for French II might've been really stuffty.

He was some dude from Cameroon and all we did was learn vocab :(

Bonjour, you like croissant?
