use 45 Degree Crest Corners for the odd bit at the front.
If placed properly, they'll make a nice, clean turn into the other roof.

Still, this is very nice. The design is great.

It would be better for the black bricks in the window to be a light yellow with a glow to simulate some light instead of some emptiness.

I feel like the wall is too bare on the side of the house, and you seem to have overlooked the importance of the yard. :P
