There you go; I just named a whole bunch of delicious healthy foods groups.

I like chips more than candy.
And I can down a supersized bag in under 3 minutes if my mom isn't paying attention.

I could live a long and happy life without eating that much junk.  Also, hiking won't work off as much as you think, it also must be a pain to go up those mountains without proper fuel in that body of yours.
