When Lego had a story and personality behind minifigures that wasn't already a story from a movie.

Actually I think Rock Raiders came from something else. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because it's not the exact thing.

Adventure sets were based off Indiana Jones until they killed off Johnny Thunder and started making actual Indiana Jones sets because the new movie came out.

I always thought Rock Raiders was something completely from the minds of Lego, tell me nothing more to preserve my childhood :C
