The point of it is to fill you to the brim with pure iron and fiber that your muscles develop quickly and you lose wait, however there have been multiple cases that this forgets up your body and is extremely bad for you.

There's an old diet tat goes with blood types, and is similar to this. In fact, they go hand-in-hand.

Type As are best off with vegatables and vegetarianism.

Type Bs are fine with dairy and such.

Type ABs are a mixture of everything

Yes, I follow this diet and it's loving awesome

Although I do have the occasional cereal-for-several-mornings

i only eat avian birds and small, tree dwelling mamals. i live in an airship and i tend to go down to earth as little as possible.
