Why wont it let me join certain games?

When I try to join a game or someone tries to join one of my servers, it says "Start arranged connection, sending punch packet" And it does that over and over and never connects to the server I am trying to get on. Any answers?

This on other people's servers sometimes happens, it depends on the player hosting's internet.
For you, this is depending on your internet as well.

Check to make sure that the server you're trying to join doesn't have a ping of "---". If it has that it means the server is dead/shut down.

So is there a thing I can do to make my servers stop this? Besides the internets?
