Seriously, I really want to be a whore about this.
Hotmail/MSN/Microsoft's got to have to WORST support ever.
It begins with the problem that I forgot the password of my account "s.a.n.-.t.i.n.g@hotmail.com".
No problem, I've got an alternative mail but damn, forgot that password too.
Silly, stupid Whoda.. lets try something different;
Secret Question option!
Question: Who was your best childhood friend. Kinda easy question but wait! EVERYTHING I ENTER INTO IT IS loving WRONG.
So, lets contact their support. Password reset option via contacting support and validating that it is your account. There are a few questions and god damn it those are the most ridiculous questions ever! First few ones are about yourself, your name, your address.. next one's the most idiotic question, your secret question's answer.
WELL DERP HERP HOTMAIL, WHY WOULD I CONTACT YOU IF I WOULD KNOW THE ANSWER ANYWAYS?!
Next one's are if I know some of my contacts, last subjects of mails I send, the passwords I used. My last prepaid gamecard I entered into xbox, the last four digits of my credit card and bullstuff like this.
There is no "extra" or "anything else I want to tell".
There are just their god damn stupid questions that probably won't help them at all since all I get is that they can't validate me because of the info I entered.
I MEAN, COME ON SUPPORT, LET ME CONTACT YOU MYSELF AND GIVE YOU SOME GOD DAMN INFO MYSELF WITH STUFF THAT ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE GOD DAMN IT.
Seriously! What the hell. There's other stuff I'd like to add that would verify me anyways.
