I only wanted to get the DLC packs when they were 1.69 each. They are loving 10 dollars on GFWL and only 5 on steam with out the sale.

I'm not paying 10 dollars for these loving DLC packs and I am not spending 10+ dollars on the GOTY edition. I only wanted it today when there was the sale and they say oh no you can't buy it, you need to get fallout 3 first. I loving have fallout 3.

The Game of the year edition is 30 dollars! All 5 DLC packs on steam are 25 itself. Since I can't get the DLC packs off steam I have to either buy GOTY or the game itself on steam.

Oh and the DLC packs are 50 dollars all together on GFWL.
