Ableton Live - where to redownload default instruments?

Guys, my Ableton Live instruments flipped a bitch, and for some reason they're all gone.
Does anyone know where to download the default instruments and samples that come with the program?

Reinstalling is the only way my brother could get them back.

May I ask what you're using this program and it's default samples for? They don't sound all too great.

Not the samples, I meant the instruments, like Impulse and such.
I'm new to the program. I don't know where to find anything similar. xD
